…So I found myself at this open mic, sitting quietly awaiting my turn. I continued listening to these people I didn’t know talk about twitter and stars and retweets. “FUCK!” I thought to myself. “Keep your mouth shut. These things are meaningless” I continued telling myself.

I continued listening to someone talk about the stars they got and finally had to interject.

“Favstar’s the devil!” I said, “Don’t let that determine what’s funny and not funny.”

They turned to me and rolled their eyes.

I continued to listen to their conversation when one of them said, “If only someone with over 5000 followers would retweet me!”

I thought, “Well, had you not rolled your eyes, I would have.”
